Q. Do you host in-home parties?
A. We sure do! We bring all the supplies for your chosen project and you can craft in the comfort of your own home if you prefer a fun night in. Our wood projects are particularly popular for home parties and we add designs to our wood gallery all the time. Check our your options here and then call us to get your in-home party booked!

Q. How does it work?
A. We are open by registration; visit our calendar to register for an instructor-led project.
We offer open studio time for those looking for a space to work in. Bring your materials and enjoy our space and tools!

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Our Craft + Cork paint sessions are $35 and kids sessions are $20. Other projects start at $10 and increase depending on the materials required for the project. Open studio is $10 per session.

Q. What is included in the price?
A. We provide all supplies and step-by-step instruction for our crafts. Refreshments and alcohol are available, but not included.

Q. What is your cancellation policy? 
A. We know things come up so if you can't make the event as planned, call or email us 48 hours before your event and we are happy to refund your money. Alternatively, we can reschedule the session to a date that works better for you. Unfortunately, events not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance will be charged the event fee. Classes are subject to cancellation without the minimum number of attendees or in cases of emergency such as inclement weather. Cancellations are very rare and you will be notified via phone and/or email of cancelled sessions.

Q. Do you offer private events?
A. We will help you customize your girl's nights, bachelorette party, birthday party, team building, corporate event and more. Call us to check availability! The minimum for a private event is 15 adult guests or 10 for a children's event (13 and younger) and you can choose your project or painting from our gallery. There is a $150 non-refundable deposit due at the time of your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the total balance. Your final count and remaining balance are due 48 hours prior to your party. *Discount tickets of any kind are not redeemable for private events.
Q. Do you participate in fundraising events?
A. Projects or paintings at Craft + Cork are a great way to raise money for your organization and have fun too! Minimum of 15 guests. Prices vary depending on the project you select from our gallery or our consultant can meet with you to design a custom project or painting for your event, based on your event theme, charity, company logo, photograph, or inspiration of your choice. Set your own price and anything over the project cost is 100% profit for your organization. For example, a canvas painting project is typically priced at $35 per person; if your event tickets are priced at $55 per person, then the profit for your event would be $20 per person/ticket. For 15 guests that would be $300 raised for your cause while having fun! Promote on your website, newsletter, etc. and we will partner by posting the event on the Craft + Cork calendar as well as on our social media platforms if the event is open to the public.

A deposit of $150 is required to reserve your date. Craft + Cork will provide an artist to host your fundraising event, along with all the materials needs to execute your selected project (easels, canvas, brushes, paint, aprons, etc.).*Discount tickets of any kind are not redeemable for private events. Charity Proceeds

Craft + Cork will issue a check for your fundraiser proceeds within a month of the executed event date. Checks are issued to the official charity name and mailed to the event organizer.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Despite the best intentions and most organized of plans, we understand that unforeseen events can arise, so please let us know immediately. You may opt to reschedule your Craft + Cork event with at least 7 days advance notice at no charge. Should you need to cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeit, but all additional tickets can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours of advance notice. There are no exceptions and no refunds for deposits.

Alcohol + Food

Food is permitted in accordance with Indiana local and state laws and regulations. The event coordinator is responsible for communicating venue requirements and restrictions to the intended guests and Craft + Cork. BYOB alcohol is not permitted in the studio at Craft + Cork and is not permitted at any venue selling alcohol in the state of Indiana. The event organizer assumes all liability for the consumption of alcohol and no open containers will leave the premises. No one under the age of 21 will be served alcohol.
