Q. Do I need to register in advance?
A. Registration is required to to ensure your space. We offer online registration via our calendar or you can call our studio.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We know things come up so if you can't make the event as planned, call or email us 48 hours before your event and we are happy to refund your money. Alternatively, we can reschedule the session to a date that works better for you. Unfortunately, events not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance will be charged the event fee. Classes are subject to cancellation without the minimum number of attendees or in cases of emergency such as inclement weather. Cancellations are very rare and you will be notified via phone and/or email of cancelled sessions.
Q. Do you offer private events?
A. We will help you customize your girl's nights, bachelorette party, birthday party, team building, corporate event and more. Call us to check availability! The minimum for a private event is 15 adult guests or 10 for a children's event (13 and younger) and you can choose your project or painting from our gallery. There is a $150 non-refundable deposit due at the time of your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the total balance. Your final count and remaining balance are due 48 hours prior to your party. *Discount tickets of any kind are not redeemable for private events.
Q. Do you sell gift certificates?
A. We sure do! You can purchase gift certificates in multiple denominations here.
